Scope, methods, acceptance criteria, pricing and turnaround are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins; work starts only on acceptance of that quote.
A certificate reports the determinations listed on it, for the sample as received, within the stated scope of testing. It is an analytical record, not a guarantee of safety, efficacy, legality or fitness for any purpose, and it is not medical, regulatory or legal advice. Verum Analytical does not make, sell or endorse the compounds it tests.
Issued certificates are verifiable at source by QR code or lot number and are immutable once finalized. A document that does not match the record served at source is not a certificate issued by this laboratory.
Samples are handled under documented chain of custody from receipt. Client identity and sample details are confidential to the engagement, subject to the public-verifiability of issued certificates described in the privacy notice.
