When you request an analysis we hold the details needed to do the work: your contact information, the compound and determinations you ask about, shipping and chain-of-custody records, and the analytical results themselves. When you browse this site we hold the usual server-side request logs.
Client and sample data is used to perform the contracted analysis, issue certificates, and meet our record-keeping obligations. Analytical records, chromatograms and raw data are retained for seven years so certificates remain verifiable and auditable over their lifetime. We do not sell client or sample data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Issued certificates are verifiable at source by QR code or lot number. Anyone in possession of a lot number or QR can retrieve that certificate's finalized record — this is deliberate, and is what makes a certificate checkable. Do not treat lot numbers as secret.
